First, we’ll schedule a call so I can hear all about your dream day and make sure I’m the right fit. After that, I’ll present a custom proposal just for you. A 20% retainer will have you officially locked! From there, I’ll collaborate with you and your vendors so your wedding day is seamless and you can be fully present.

THE PROCESS
Every wedding is unique, but for a full 12-hour day you can expect a beautifully curated gallery of about 500–800 images. From candids and portraits to the little details and everything in between, your story will be told in its entirety so nothing gets missed.
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE RECEIVE?
I I know how excited you’ll be to relive your day, so I always send a preview gallery within 3 weeks. Your full gallery will be ready in 6–8 weeks, filled with every candid, detail, and portrait from your wedding. Films take a little longer since they’re carefully crafted, with final delivery typically within 8 weeks.
WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?
Absolutely! I love capturing love stories in breathtaking destinations. Travel is included for weddings within the DFW area and I’m always available for destination weddings and elopements worldwide. Reach out for a custom travel proposal!
DO YOU TRAVEL?
For weddings within Texas, I only charge minimal travel fees once we’re 60+ miles outside of Dallas. For out-of-state or destination weddings, travel usually includes flights, hotel, and local transportation. Once you choose your package, I’ll create a custom all-inclusive quote so everything’s clear before booking.
what do your TRAVEL fees cover?
That’s totally fine! I’ve photographed many beautiful venues, but I’m always excited to explore new spaces. If your venue is new to me, I’ll make time to tour it ahead of your wedding so I know the best spots, lighting, and flow of the day. My goal is to be fully prepared so you don’t have to worry about a thing — you can simply be present and enjoy every moment while I capture it all beautifully.
What if you’ve never shot at our venue before?
Absolutely! To reserve your date, a 20% retainer is due upfront. After that, I’m happy to set up a payment plan that works best for you, all managed easily through HoneyBook. The remaining balance just needs to be paid in full before your wedding day.
